Our beef are raised humanely in an open environment giving them room to exercise and get plenty of fresh air, and finished on wholesome grain (corn/flax) and hay, along with the necessary vitamins and minerals. We have found this adds to the wonderful flavor and the tenderness of our natural beef. The Flax adds to the High Omega-3 content without changing the mouth watering flavor.
